EastEnders and Carry On star was made an MBE in 2000 and will get higher honour for her charity work, according to reports

Barbara Windsor will be made a dame in the New Year honours list, according to reports, joining fellow British actors Judi Dench, Helen Mirren and Maggie Smith.
