Head of Save the Children UK defends charity’s links with private sector and relationship with Tony Blair in an exclusive interview
“We are at a good moment in history,” says Justin Forsyth, chief executive of Save the Children UK. “We live in a time where we can really make change.”
This has been Forsyth’s mantra since he arrived at the charity in 2010. Under his watch the once uncontroversial Save the Children has become a marmite charity, powerfully dividing opinion in the NGO world, and meanwhile becoming larger and more powerful by the day.
