３９９例目の脳死 栃木県入院の成人男

日本臓器移植ネットワークは２０日、栃木県済生会宇都宮病院に脳血管障害で入院していた成人男性が午前８時２分、臓器移植法に基づき脳死と判定されたと発表した。男性は書面で臓器提供の意思を示していなかったが、家族が承諾した。脳死判定は法施行後３９９例目で、本人の意思不明は２３２例目。

　心臓は、東京女子医大病院で５０代男性に移植。心臓以外の臓器は、家族が承諾しなかった.
