Jennings Motor Group which is already known for being the dealer of advanced automobiles has just grabbed the headlines by donating a brand new car to the Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS). Well, the move has been described as the part of their yearly car raffle campaign. The move explains a new commitment from the car dealer for the social cause.

JenningsMotorGroup as a motor dealer company is already an acclaimed name with the dealership of coveted car brands ranging from Kia, Ford, Mazda, SEAT to Mitsubishi and a store for motorcycle brand Harley-Davidson located in West Yorkshire. The company voluntarily expressed its solidarity and pledged support to this charitable cause for the entire year of 2016.

Jennings took the initiative in fundraising for the charitable project at the very beginning of this year by pledging an initial fund of £2,000. The donation was presented to the executives of the charity project by the managing director of Jennings Motor Group, Nas Khan and his personal assistant, Bev Stephenson. Besides taking a positive role in the fundraising campaign Jennings Motor Group made the donation of a brand new car for the cause. Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) has already expressed sincere thanks to the Jennings group for the move. This time, the annual car raffle campaign of the company ended up with a highly appreciated social move. As an individual you can also be part of the initiative and if you would like to donate you can buy a ticket for the event and participate or you can pledge monetary support to the cause separately as well.

The rise of Jennings group as the dealer of leading car brands like Kia, Ford, Mazda, Seat and Mitsubishi has been phenomenal and it has already established a niche reputation for high-quality accessories and car services. The brand in recent times also grabbed huge media attention by coming up with their new Harley-Davidson store in West Yorkshire. Now this supporting move for a credible social cause lifted the brand image of the group to several notches higher. With the fundraising initiative started at the beginning of this year by the group the move expressed grave commitment more than what we refer as corporate social responsibility.

The charitable organization, Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) is known for providing air ambulance services across several regions like North East, North Yorkshire and Cumbria. The charitable organization has recently teamed up with several car dealer companies of the region for the sake of launching their car raffle promotion taking place for the 6 th time consecutively. As part of the raffle, the participant public will be offered the opportunity to win a brand new car of Kia Rio 1 model which worth exactly £10,345, at the market price now. The offering has become possible thanks to the Kia dealerships of Jennings Motor Group based at Stockton and Washington.

Obviously, the charitable organization felt really delighted by the move and expressed their gratitude for the aforementioned move. The head of fundraising at GNAAS, Mandy Drake thanked Jennings Group in a statement saying that the move was really stunning for them. He also said that like it always happened the entire proceeds of the car raffle promotion will be used for funding the life-saving helicopters and their crew to serve the distressed and diseased all over the region. The actual contribution from the public is coming by way of ticket sales. By purchasing a ticket to the car raffle event they are helping the charitable cause and also taking a chance to win a brand new car.

Facilitating the event since 2011, the organization as of now could raise £687,616. If you would like to donate there cannot be a better way than this.

Let us now hear what Nas Khan, the MD of Jennings Motor Group has to say about the move. In a press statement, he expressed his delights by saying ‘We are absolutely delighted to be supporting both the charity and their annual car raffle by donating a brand new car from the popular Kia range’.

He also expressed strong belief in making the promotion a huge success.

At present GNAAS offers its service for diseased patients with three highly equipped life-saving helicopters. These helicopters operate round the year from its air bases located respectively at Durham Tees Valley and Langwathby, Cumbria. It rescued a whopping 818 patients in last year alone.

The raffle event tickets cost only £1 each and they can be bought online through http://ift.tt/1W6t59X. The entry for the said raffle will close by November 7 and the draw of the car raffle is supposed to take place on 1st December 2016. You can find more information on Jennings Blog.
