I didn't learn very much in high school. (Only three classes I took made a difference in my life: Typing, Latin, and Statistics. Most classes were disorderly free-for-alls with teachers who sat passive and glassy-eyed or mused aimlessly with the few kids who cared to pay .)

Along with a few friends, I fancied myself a student radical. It was the 1970s, and we considered the glory years of student activism to have ended a few years before. We skipped a lot of school to attend protests and immersed ourselves in various issues.

But as adolescent passions often do, it faded. In 1980, shortly after high school and my first presidential election, Ronald Reagan was elected by a shocking landslide. I despaired and turned my attention to other things.

Which is too bad. Because the energy of young people can change the world, and I, like so many, opted out.

What I failed to discover was that like anything else, activism -- if it's going to be effective -- needs focus, patience, and discipline.

I might have learned that if I'd known Harvey McKinnon.

Harvey is just as passionate about saving the world as I was. The difference: He's actually accomplished something. A lot, actually. He helped face down the racist regime in what was then Rhodesia back in the 80s. The forests of Canada are full of beautiful animals that are alive because of Harvey's work. Canada has a meaningfully better government today, thanks to the work he's spearheaded. In fact, he has had a hand in some of the most important struggles for a better world for years and years.

And his secret?

You can find out directly from Harvey by taking his new Moceanic course, How to Raise Millions AND Change the World.

We've never needed this material more than we need it now. The sad reality is that many people in activist organizations have a bad attitude towards money. They see it as evil. But money is neither good nor bad. It all depends on how it is used.

And I believe you are going to use it for good.

When you take Harvey's course, you'll be able to raise more money -- more money to do good. In the process of getting people to give you money, you also get them to commit to the values that drive your cause. And many of them will become activists and volunteers, more people who will champion your cause.

All those things that I never knew about as a fledgling activist.

Here's just a taste of what you'll get when you take How to Raise Millions AND Change the World:
