For businesses, fundraising for a charitable cause can make business sense and positively impact its perception by the public. Consumers have been found to be more likely to buy goods and services from businesses who engage with charities and their local community. Social responsibility is a high up on the agenda for forward thinking organisations and is a great way to enhance and strengthen a brand.
