Working Chance supports women with criminal convictions to find quality work with mainstream employers, helping them break the intergenerational cycle of disadvantage and crime. Once in work, it then provides the holistic, wrap-around support needed to ensure the success and sustainability of placements in order to empower these women to become financially autonomous so they can provide for themselves and their families
