This is the heartbreaking moment a tiny baby who became Britain’s youngest ever organ donor opens his eyes and smiles at his twin brother.
Teddy Houlston died a hero when his organs were donated after he died at just 100 minutes old.
His parents Jess Evans and Mike Houlston made the brave decision to donate their baby’s organs when they discovered during pregnancy that he would he would not survive for long after birth.
Their ordeal was captured on this poignant video which shows Teddy yawn and cry before opening his eyes to look at his twin brother Noah.
