Athletes and families came together Tuesday to promote organ donation.

The official flag of the games is on a country-wide tour ahead of the June event, and made a stop in Knoxville. It will travel around the U.S. before its final destination in Cleveland, Ohio.

The games will take place there on June 10-15. Athletes who participate in the multi-sport event have all had an organ transplant.

Organizers said Tennessee will be well-represented at the festival. Continue reading
