Organ recipients from across the nation will compete against each other next weekend in the 2016 Donate Life Transplant Games of America.
There are more than 20 competitors going from South Carolina, including a few locals.
Dennis Murphy hits the greens about once a week and when he does, he carries someone with him.
"June 13 will be my ten year liver transplant anniversary," said Murphy.
He will celebrate that anniversary at the 2016 Donate Life Transplant Games.
The event happens every two years, bringing together thousands of organ recipients, donors and donor families.
This year Dennis will compete in golf, table tennis, darts and ballroom dancing. Continue reading
