It takes a lot of money to be a big Nonprofit. It takes much, much less to be a good one.
And while there are down-sides to being big, there are none to being good.

- Thanking promptly and properly
- Showing progress and impact
- Getting to know their supporters and responding to their needs
- Empowering supporters
- Asking consistently
