The National Union of Students (NUS) is hosting a one-day ‘Fundraising University’ next month for charity staff who need to develop their knowledge and understanding of the student movement.
The one-day course takes place on 1 June 2016. Its organisers say that the course will be “most useful for charities that have little to no experience working with students, or for staff who have some knowledge of student fundraising and would like to know more’.
The course will explore the history of student fundraising and the current landscape, and will include ideas for working with students and making the most of their skills and abilities.
The Fundraising University course is at NUS’ office in central London, a few minutes’ walk from Kings Cross St Pancras. It costs £130 + VAT.
