The Chartered Institute’s Researchers in Fundraising Group is looking for people to become Learning Partners of the Researchers in Fundraising Handbook, ahead of its launch.
The handbook is new resource being created by prospect researchers, for prospect researchers, to provide a comprehensive, up to date, and relevant guide to the world of prospect research.
It aims to achieve the following outcomes:
- Enhance understanding of the role of ethics in prospect research and the practical implications of ethical good practice
- Increase knowledge of the data skills and technical skills essential to the role of prospect researcher and ability to implement them
- Develop greater awareness of career pathways in prospect research and the professional standards associated with good practice as individuals and as team members
The Group is looking for Learning Partners to form a mutually beneficial relationship to help develop further skills, expertise and experience in this area of fundraising.
