| Kim Hodge has cystic fibrosis |
She has already raised £8,000 for the charity and is hoping the fair will help raise an additional £3,000. It's a cause that's very close to her heart: Kim, aged 47, is very ill with CF and is on the waiting list for a life-changing lung transplant operation.

With her body now in the final stages of respiratory failure it's a race against time to find a suitable donor.
Cystic fibrosis is a genetic condition in which the lungs and digestive system become clogged with thick sticky mucus. Symptoms usually start in early childhood and include a persistent cough. recurring chest and lung infections, and poor weight gain. Continue reading
