Laura Hewitt, Fundraiser at Stroke Association, was one of nine fundraisers selected to speak in the Rising Stars session at this month’s Fundraising Convention at the Barbican Centre in London.
With some support from established fundraisers and speakers, the rising stars presented their fundraising ideas and reflections on stage at the Barbican Theatre in London as part of the Institute of Fundraising’s three-day Fundraising Convention.
Hewitt spoke about how charities make a huge mistake in not saying thank you.
