It's been two years since Bella Peterson underwent two liver transplants in two weeks. Her parents said she's thriving.
"Things are more normal now," said the Pittsville toddler's father, Chris Peterson.
A deadly virus attacked Bella's liver when she was four months old.
She took well to her first transplant, but days later doctors found a clot in the new organ, so she needed another one.
"It's a high-risk surgery," said Kari Peterson, Bella's mother.
