Officer Moody's daughters cut the ceremonial ribbon

The City of Richmond dedicated the Officer Bradley A. Moody Memorial Underpass yesterday in honor of a fallen officer who died while responding to an urgent call from another officer. Officer Moody, a member of the K-9 unit, continued his mission to serve and protect his community, even in death, through organ and tissue donation.
