Cystic fibrosis sufferer Lisa Hertwig, 25, from Alloa, has been on the transplant waiting list for the past three years.
She contacted the Xtra Factor host after finding out he was holding a live video chat on Facebook.
And she was delighted when he not only let her chat to his followers about her condition, but he issued an appeal for more people to join the organ donor register.
Rylan said: “Lisa’s been on the transplant waiting list for three years.
“I really hope everything works out for her as soon as possible. More people need to sign up on the donor register – they really do.” Continue reading
