BATON ROUGE PROUD

BATON ROUGE, LA---Parents of two-year-old baby Briggs would not be enjoying moments like this if it wasn't for organ donors. Briggs underwent not one but three liver transplants after being born with a rare liver disease, biliary atresia. His parents, Brittany and Bryan Elliser say each liver was a second chance of life for him.

"He's doing great now. He's close to walking, he's going through therapy but as far as personality, it's starting to flourish," Bryan Elliser says.

Brittany Elliser says, "Without transplant we wouldn't not be able to see him crawl for the first time, walk for the first time he said mom for the first time.
